I've been engaged for a couple of months now, but the newness of my engagement ring and the amazement I feel when my eye catches the light it sends out has not diminished.

I wanted to let Vanna K know that I'm so appreciative that she is out there designing rings, because I wouldn't have the perfect ring if she hadn't created the one I have on my finger. My ring is the perfect size, the perfect shape, and it has the perfect touch of detail that sets the whole thing off off so well. I am so utterly in love with my ring that I wouldn't care if anyone else liked it, but the truth is I get compliments on it all the time... which is one of the best feelings in the world! Complete strangers that I come into contact with will stop paying attention to me, and start gazing at my ring, and on numerous occassions (nearly a couple times a week) men and women alike will comment on how spectacular it is and how they've never seen anything quite like it! My fiance' did a wonderful job and on top of getting to marry him, it is the icing on the cake that will last a life time. When he proposed to me in the dark one evening in late August, I was too stunned to remember much other than being excited and incredulous, but because it was so dark, the thought did go through my mind (after I absorbed the idea that I would get to spend the rest of my life with him) that I couldn't wait to see if it was the Vanna K ring he was holding in the little white box he had opened up on his bended knee. It wasn't until several minutes later when we got back to his truck from walking along the river that I even had the chance to look at my hand to see what was waiting there, and even in the dim light of the the truck's interior, it dazzled like nothing else I'd ever seen! My ring is so elegant and just bold enough that I feel like it captures and stands for exactly how unique and perfect our love is.
